These terms and conditions are defining relations and responsibilities of service provider (in further text Lobagola B&B, or B&B service provider, or just provider) and customer (in further text traveller, guest, visitor, or just user). By making a reservation in Lobagola B&B customer accepts all terms of use and obligates to respect all Croatian laws and regulations.
Lobagola B&B provides overnight stay and breakfast in nine bedding units (Wine Room, Olive Room, Salt Room, Zadar Room, Dubrovnik Room, Šibenik Room, Nin Room, Trogir Room and Split Room). Guest are entitled to use common room/living room in which dining room is located, while using of the kitchen is not allowed for the guests. Guests also have a 100 m2 terrace on their disposal, where smoking is allowed. From additional services that are paid extra, customers can use full accommodation, drinks at the bar, bicycle rental, kayak rental, use of laundry service (washing, drying and ironing), use of luggage storage, shuttle service, and various souvenirs.
Lobagola B&B is categorized with three stars and four stars (*** and ****) according to official categorization of institution in charge, and according to inspection of the premises.
Lobagola B&B staff are obligated to give their guests quality service, information and creating comfortable environment for the stay. Service giver will fulfil its obligations according to good customs in tourism and hospitality management, except in conditions that are not in service giver’s power like natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, draughts); strikes, demonstrations, terrorist actions and restrictions given by the government (mobilization, embargo on leaving the country, war, etc.).
Basic price of Lobagola B&B service includes overnight stay with breakfast in a room with private bathroom, welcome drink, use of Internet and cable TV, air-conditioning, hair dryer, towels, daily room cleaning, use of library, maps and route planning, GPS mapping, use of LCD projector in the living room, and use of Amazonas hammocks on the terrace. Price list for every room is available online and in the brochures with description of the rooms.
Special or additional services are those which are not included in basic price of the stay, and they include full accommodation (with lunch and dinner at Lobagola B&B), drinks at the bar, bicycle rental, kayak rental, use of laundry service (washing, drying and ironing), use of luggage storage, shuttle service, and various souvenirs.
According to the Croatian Tax and fees law for tourist stay, the guest is obligated to pay a tax for his stay at the same time while paying for the accommodation. In Zagreb it is 7,00 kuna per day for adults, youngsters from 12 to 18 years old pay only half of that price, while children younger than 12 years don’t pay any taxes. In prices of accommodation in Lobagola B&B those taxes and fees are not included and they are specially emphasized.
Lobagola B&B rooms can be booked by telephone, fax, email or websites (partner websites and portals as well as Lobagola B&B own website). Your reservation will be confirmed within 2 hours via confirmation email from Lobagola B&B. The guest should inform Lobagola B&B of the number of guests in the booking and only those persons indicated in the booking made by the guest may enter the rooms.
We are warning the customers that for making a reservation on our website they must be at least 18 years old, and that they accept all financial responsibilities for made transactions, or transactions made for them by under-aged people who are living together with them in the same household. The customer is responsible for supervision over under-aged people here by using their personal information, and for correct and valid data that was given for transaction and reservation. In any case of wrong-doing on this website (like making a false reservation or similar) persons who have made it will be blocked from using the service on the website.
If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 % of the reservation costs will be charged.
Lobagola B&B reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card prior to arrival (in case of making a reservation by telephone, fax, email or partner websites).
Guests are obligated to act according to our Terms and Conditions and House rules, to posses all valid personal ID’s and travel documents, as well as to act according to Croatian laws and regulations.
Upon arrival, guests are obligated to register at the reception and to present valid personal documents for all persons. Guests could be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as a guarantee for any damages that might occur during their stay. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.
Bedrooms are available from 2 pm local time on the day of arrival. Check out is by 10 am. In the case of late departure an additional amount of half-price night for the sold unit will be charged. We recommend settling the bills upon arrival. When checking out please return your room keys and contactless key.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in baby cribs. All children older than 2 years of age are charged 25,00 EUR per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a double or triple room is 1. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Guests in Lobagola B&B rooms are expected to abide the house rules. Please respect peace and tranquillity of other guests during rest periods. Quiet hours are from 3 pm to 5 pm, and between 10 pm and 7 am. These rules must be respected especially on the open terrace and in all other common areas, due to the appreciation of all other guests and neighbours.
All rooms will have been cleaned prior to guests’ arrival. Cleanliness is of our particular concern so we kindly ask our guests for cooperation. Please keep self-catering areas and all other common areas clean. Garbage is collected by the housekeeper every day. Towels are changed every second day, and bed linen every third day, or as requested. Room cleaning takes place after three days of stay. Housekeeping is performed daily during the period from 10 am to 12 pm. If the guest requests daily room cleaning, it can be obtained at the reception for a surcharge.
We are a pet-friendly B&B and we welcome our guests to bring their pets along. No additional charges will be amended for pets that stay at Lobagola B&B.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Lobagola B&B respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. The data collected about you will be used to firstly fulfil any service you might request e.g. to request a brochure, make a booking, etc., and secondly to improve our service. We will under no circumstances give your personal data to third parties. When making a booking, your credit card or billing account details are only retained for the purpose of handling that individual transaction.
